Where do you offer services?
We provide all support services across the Murrumbidgee Council Area and the Riverina. Our team has long-term experience in these regions, which helps us understand local needs. We support participants in both small communities and larger townships. Every service is shaped around what works best for your location. We focus on making supports easy to access. Our team works closely with regional partners when needed. This helps us stay connected to community needs. We want every participant to feel supported where they live.
What types of help can you provide at home?
We support daily personal activities and household tasks. This includes help with routines, cleaning, and keeping the home safe and manageable. Personal care and in-home respite are part of our aged care supports. Light gardening is included to assist with home upkeep. Nursing support is also available through our aged care services. These supports help promote independence at home. Everything is delivered in a respectful and comfortable way. We tailor help to what you need on the day.
What community based supports do you offer?
We offer community participation, social and civil activities, group activities, and innovative community programs. Travel and transport supports help you reach appointments and local activities. These options give participants more opportunities to connect with others. We also work with Western Riverina Arts on creative programs. These experiences support mental health, community connection, and self-expression. Every activity is shaped around interests and goals. We want participants to feel included in their community. Our team provides steady support throughout.
What skill building supports do you provide?
We offer assistance with life transitions and the development of daily living and life skills. These supports help build confidence in everyday routines. They also help people learn new ways to manage tasks and make decisions. Support coordination is included to help participants understand and use their NDIS plan. These services focus on personal growth and independence. Each person learns at their own pace. Our team brings experience across disability, aged care, and youth work. We support progress that feels steady and achievable.
What experience does your team have?
Our team has more than twenty years of experience across aged care, disability, youth services, and community work. This includes ten years in aged care within the Murrumbidgee Council. We have supported First Nations boys at Tirkandi Inaburra and worked extensively through community arts. We also hold a Masters in Therapeutic Arts Practice. These experiences shape the creative and supportive approach we take. We tailor supports to each person’s goals. We respect cultural needs and individual preferences. You can expect understanding, patience, and consistent care.
